COQIVOIRE & INHP ��join forces for your health! As part of the promotion of its brand Coqivoire, Sipra has developed in recent years a loyalty program to its professional catering customers commonly known as "braiseurs". The "BBQ By Coqivoire" loyalty program, BBC, is a program that offers besides commercial development, a support and health monitoring component to its members, all exclusive customers of the brand. This health component aims to raise awareness of street "braiseurs", taking into account the hygiene and food safety inherent in their activities to ensure the hygiene of chickens Coqivoire and protect the health of consumers. To succeed in this mission, SIPRA uses the technical support of INHP ��(National Institute of Public Hygiene) to assist and supervise in this major project. The SIPRA & INHP ��Partnership Agreement signing ceremony took place on Thursday 22 July 2018 at the INHP Amphitheater in Treichville. This sanitary assistance and sanitation program for Coqivoire braising stands provides:
- medical monitoring and vaccination: prevention of certain diseases such as tuberculosis, tetanus, typhoid fever.
- a health monitoring: hygiene awareness, health audit and award of health certificates
- health education and awareness sessions in the middle of the restoration .
A tasting of Coqivoire products cooked by a "Braiseur" closed this event.
Because street catering is carried out under poorly controlled hygiene conditions, Coqivoire has made a commitment to publicize good hygiene practices to these professionals, with a view to guaranteeing healthy and safe food for the final consumer.
